Shipping policy
Shipping within Italy
Orders within Italy are shipped with reliable couriers, with an estimated delivery of 24-48 working hours from dispatch.
Shipping is free on all orders of €100.00 or more. For orders under €100.00 the cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the courier chosen, and is always shown at checkout before payment:
- Padded envelope (3-5 days), up to 100 g: €4.00
- InPost, collection point pickup (2 days): from €6.00
- BRT home delivery (2 days): from €8.00
- UPS home delivery (2 days): from €10.00
Orders are currently dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
Shipping within Europe
We ship to the main European countries, with estimated delivery times of between 3 and 7 working days depending on the destination.
Shipping is free on all orders of €200.00 or more. For orders under €200.00 the cost depends on the weight and the courier chosen, and is shown at checkout:
- Padded envelope (5-8 days), up to 100 g: €5.00
- BRT (4 days): from €16.00
Packaging
We pack every order so that it arrives intact: sealed products are protected so that corners and seals are not damaged in transit. If something is damaged anyway, write to us with photos of the product and the parcel and we will find a solution.
If the courier does not deliver
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will make another attempt or leave the parcel at an authorised pickup point. If you still have not received it after a long time, contact us and we will help.
Changing the delivery address
The shipping address can only be changed before the order is processed. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
